The Discovery call gives us an opportunity to connect and explore what type of services will best support you. Together we can create a customized program to fit your needs.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. I do my best to be flexible with these policies when considering sudden illness or emergencies. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE: I ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot make a scheduled appointment (ideally 24-48 hours). Failure to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in a full charge for the scheduled services. NO-SHOWS: If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment, or fail to give notice for whatever reason, you will be considered a no-show. You will be charged the full amount for your missed appointment. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened. Regardless of the length of the session given, you will be responsible for the full appointment.
